• Bespoke & Custom Creations: For our customized 18K gold inlay services and specialized sizing, please allow 7 to 14 business days for our master artisans to craft and thoroughly inspect your unique piece before dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable premium international couriers (including FedEx, DHL, and UPS) to ensure your high-value items arrive safely.

• Standard Global Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination country.
• Shipping Fees: Exact shipping rates and any available promotional free shipping thresholds will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered email. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.
