1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective boxes and the genuine jadeite grading certificate (if applicable).
  • Important Exception: Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, all bespoke 18K gold customization orders and custom-sized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a proven material defect or craftsmanship error.

3. Return Process & Address Defense

  • Do Not Mail to Corporate Address: Please DO NOT send your return package to our registered corporate office in Wyoming, USA. That location is strictly a legal registration office and cannot process or accept mail parcels.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please email us at service@bossjade.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a designated return shipping address (our local logistics center) and detailed mailing instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees and ensuring the package is securely tracked and insured.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe) within 5 to 7 business days.
