2. Products & Natural Material Disclaimer

  • Product Descriptions: We endeavor to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible.
  • Natural Jadeite Variance: Please note that we specialize in Grade-A natural jadeite. Due to the organic characteristics of natural gemstones, each individual piece possesses unique variations in texture, color translucency, and internal natural structures. These distinctive variations are inherent features of natural jadeite and shall not be considered product defects or misrepresentations.

3. Bespoke & Custom Orders

All bespoke 18K gold customization services and custom-sized items are crafted based on the specifications confirmed by the customer. Once a custom order enters the production phase, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except in cases of proven material craftsmanship failure.

4. Pricing & Payment Security

  • All prices listed on our website are denominated in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment processing is securely handled by our third-party provider, Stripe. By completing a transaction, you authorize Stripe to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You promptly agree to update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
