Free One-Year Warranty

BOSSJADE fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the day when the original order was received.

For repair items not covered by the one-year warranty, we will first provide a quotation to the customer and proceed with the repair only after obtaining the customer’s consent.

Warranty Terms

1. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to BOSSJADE.
2. Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. BOSSJADE will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
3. When sending back the items, the customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
4. BOSSJADE reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond “normal wear”, as determined by our jewelry professionals.
5. In cases where bent, snagged, or worn prongs cause a gemstone or jadeite piece to become dislodged (but not lost) due to normal wear or other damage, please return both the stone and the jewelry setting for professional repair and reinforcement.

The aforementioned manufacturer’s warranty and free services apply solely to the original purchaser who bought the product from BOSSJADE. Any maintenance, repair, resizing, or other services performed by non-BOSSJADE personnel will render the manufacturer’s warranty invalid.

The following are examples of common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects:

・ Discoloration is caused by contact with chemicals, cosmetics, pool water, hot tub water, or bath water.
・ Prong settings and precious metals typically show wear over time, which may require “reinforcement” or repair; these are considered normal wear and tear.
・ Loss of stones due to their falling off caused by bending, snagging, or wear of the prong setting resulting from normal wear and tear or other damage.
・ As we specialize in Jadeite, please note that natural inclusions, textures, or “cotton” (石棉) within the stone are unique characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.
